Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Review, understand, and interpret the designs, requirements, and detailed specifications to ensure the construction progresses smoothly and to check for any conflicts that might arise as problems or obstacles on the construction site, while also considering and preparing solutions in advance to avoid hindering the progress of the work.
  2. Control the construction work to ensure it is in accordance with the contract, designs, specifications, and the list already approved by the project.
  3. Supervise and inspect the contractors to ensure that their work is meticulous, follows engineering principles, and adheres to the construction process.
  4. Review and consider proposals for the approval of shop drawings and as-built drawings during construction, which are submitted by the contractors.
  5. Examine and propose information for the approval of the use of construction materials and equivalent items from the contractors.
  6. Inspect and test the quality of construction materials by the contractors to ensure accuracy according to the designs and detailed specifications.
  7. Consider ordering specific work from the contractors when it is seen that it may cause damage to the construction or pose a danger to life and property, and then report to the project manager for solutions.
  8. Solve specific problems that may arise during construction to prevent damage to the work.
  9. Inspect and instruct technical personnel to prepare an inventory and cost estimate of the construction materials used by the contractors, both those already used in construction and those not yet used.
  10. Check the quantity and work performance proposed by the contractors and submit it to the project manager for consideration for payment requests, verifying against the actual work done on-site.

Required Qualifications

Experience

3 – 6 years

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Proficient in software skills such as 3DSmax, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other design-related programs.
  • Skills in English communication and the Revit program will be specially considered.
  • Ability to design and draft interior decoration, prepare presentations for clients, coordinate with various departments, and control the work to follow the designs will be specially considered.
  • Possession of a professional license will be specially considered.
