Mr. Prasong Tharachai is the founder of PPS and current Chairman of the board of directors. He got doctor degree in engineering. He is the pioneer in project and construction management business in Thailand and is in this business for more than 50 year.

Managing Director of PPS. He got Master degree in construction management from George Washington University, USA. He has experience working in USA in Taiwan and for various multinational companies. He has worked for PPS for more than 20 years from project engineer to the managing director of PPS in 2013.

Dr. Phongthon Tharachai is the CEO of PPS. He is an engineer by graduation. He got master degree from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign , USA. And got the Japanese government scholarship and got doctor degree in Engineering from Kyoto University. Dr. Phongthon join PPS in 1998 as a civil engineer. He got vast experience in infrastructure project in Bangkok such as the second stage of the Bangkok expressway project and the first underground mass transit train in Bangkok which is the MRT blue-line. He also got the law degree and knowledge in financial and investment. He became CEO of PPS in 2017.

He has educational background in both engineering and business. He graduated from the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor with Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and Project Management. He also completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He is a lecturer in real estate and project management in many universities including Chulalongkorn University and Thammasart University. He has worked for contractor and developers for 10 years before to be the board of directors of PPS.

Mr. Voradaj Piemsuwan is one of the founders of PPS. He got the bachelor degree in electrical engineering and MBA degree. He involved in most of PPS projects from past to present. He is now a secretary to the board of director of PPS.

Mr. Wanchai got a master degree in Civil Engineering, MBA in finance and HR training. He worked with PPS since 1992. He specializes in Highrise building and complex structural system. He currently works in various historical building restoration. He is now Deputy managing director of project department of PPS.

Mr. Nopparat got a master degree in Civil Engineering and MBA in finance. He worked with PPS for more than 20 years. He is the project management professional (PMP) trainer. He is now Deputy managing director of the business development department of PPS.

Executive Director, Special Projects
Mr Harry was educated in the UK and has a BSc (1st Class Hons) and has
read a PhD in Computer Science. He has spent over 30 years in Europe
working in R&D, Defence, Energy and AEC sectors. Having worked for
various multi-nationals, he was the vice president enterprise systems
for AVEVA Asia Pacific before he joined PPS in 2016. He is now the
Executive Director, Special Projects PPS and is also the Managing
Director of Ensemble Equity Pte Ltd (Singapore) one of the investment
arms of PPS.
