Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Base Building:
- Introduce and sell training courses or training programs to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to create a sustainable customer base.
Data Management and Follow-up:
- Record customer information and contacts in the CRM system.
- Follow up on sales and evaluate results against set goals.
Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns or promotions to support sales.
- Participate in exhibitions or marketing activities to promote training courses.
Needs Assessment and Product Improvement:
- Gather customer needs and feedback to improve training courses.
- Work with the course development team to create programs that meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
Experience

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Marketing, Management, Education).
Experience: Experience in sales, especially in selling services or educational products.
Skills: Good sales and communication skills, ability to use computer programs and CRM.
Ability to communicate in English.
